The Carat Computer Systems Healthcheck includes:
- Visiting you at your premises to discuss your business plans and what role IT will be required play in the future, both short and longer-term.
- Carat Computer Systems will carry out an audit of your current IT infrastructure, including networking, support and levels of staff IT competency.
- Produce a report, which will provide a set of recommendations for short, medium and longer-term IT requirements to support your IT strategy.
- The report will also highlight any required staff training.
- Finally, we arrange a meeting to review the report and finalise the project
The Health check takes between two and three days to complete, dependant on the size of your organisation and the report will be ready within five working days.
