Firstly, our technical and engineering team will agree a working requirements specification with you before the installation work begins, secondly, during the install, all the work our engineers carry out is recorded, ensuring that you are fully aware of progress throughout the process.
Lastly, once the work is completed, we will ask you to sign off against the requirements specification.
The technical and engineering installation records will be provided to you on completion.
