Our IT Healthcheck covers the following areas:
- Obtaining a full understanding what IT you currently have and how effectively it is working
- Establishing if any minor changes can or need to be made to immediately increase overall efficiency
- Helping you determine, prioritise and plan for your future IT needs to ensure it will continue to support your organisational goals and requirements.
- Planning an IT strategy that will enable you to contain your IT costs, by scheduling new purchases and new technology into your business.
Our Healthcheck also includes:
- Visiting you at your premises to discuss your business plans and what role IT will be required play in the future, both short and longer-term.
- Carrying out an audit of your current IT infrastructure, including networking, support and levels of staff IT competency.
- Producing a report, which will provide a set of recommendations for short, medium and longer-term IT requirements to support your IT strategy. The report will also highlight any required staff training.
- Arranging a meeting to review the report and finalise the project
The Health check takes between two and three days to complete, dependant on the size of your organisation and the report will be ready within five working days.
